Return Eligibility
Our online store accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. The jewelry must be in perfect condition in a new and unused state accompanied by all original packaging and tags including the sales receipt. Please note that bespoke and custom-engraved jewelry cannot be returned.

Secure Packaging:
To safeguard the item during transit, ensure it is securely packaged. We recommend using the original shipping materials, if available.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is necessitated by an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the secure delivery of the return.
